When will my order arrive?

Can I receive a refund?

Your order will only be eligible for a refund if it arrived to you broken/damaged or the incorrect products.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for a "change of mind" or for "Final or Clearance" sale items or gift cards. 

However, we do offer store credit for a "change of mind". Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for further details.

How do i start a return?

Can I exchange my products?
